Registration Fee includes

Members/Non members : participation in all sessions, excursion, program and abstract book, 4 lunches, 6 coffee breaks, welcome reception and gala dinner.
Non-members will also be offered one-year membership and inclusive subscription to the official journal of WMS, Neuromuscular Disorders, for the next calendar year (2011).
Accompanying person(s) : welcome reception, excursion and gala dinner.

Confirmation

Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your online registration information and payment. You will receive an e-mail when you complete your registration. Please print your confirmation slip and bring it with you to the On-site Registration Desk. If you need an invoice for the payment, please contact the Registration Office at wms2010@jtb.jp.

 

 

Cancellations and Refunds* Policy

In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to the Registration Office. Refunds will be made according to the guidelines outlined below. All refunds will be made after the Congress.

 

*Amount of refund:
Before July 31, 2010 : Full refund minus an administration fee of ¥5000 (minus bank handling charge)
July 31, 2010 through August 30, 2010 : 50% of amount paid (minus bank handling charge)
From August 31, 2010: No refund

 

*You can apply for tours and hotels at the same time.
