Accepted abstracts will be published in the program for WMS 2010, on the condition that the presenting author is registered for the congress upon abstract submission. The program will be given to all delegates attending the Congress upon registration in Kumamoto.
Submission Instructions
- Abstracts should be submitted electronically through our online system no later than August 30, 2010. Abstracts cannot be submitted by fax, hard copy or e-mail.
- Acknowledgement of the receipt of submission will be sent by e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmatory e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us at: wms@congrex.com
- A notification on acceptance of the abstracts will be e-mailed in September 2010.
- The presenting author will receive all correspondence concerning the abstract and is responsible for informing the other authors of the status of the abstract.
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- The abstract should contain approximately 300 words or 2000 characters (including spaces and excluding title and contact information of authors) maximum.
- It is the author's responsibility to submit a correct abstract; when an abstract is accepted, any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific fact will be reproduced as typed by the author.
- The presenting author has the access to an on-line Personal Page. The author can read and print the abstract and make changes until submission deadline. A unique user ID and password for access will be included in the e-mail sent upon submission.
Upon submission, indicate one of the following topics that best describes the abstract:
1) New Therapeutic Targets for Neuromuscular Disorders
2) Congenital Muscular Dystrophies
(Celebrating 50th Anniversary of Fukuyama congenital muscular dystrophy)
3) Distal Myopathies and Protein Aggregation Myopathies
4) Advances in All Other Neuromuscular Fields
Please note that you are required to register before submit your abstract!
We therefore advise you to register in good time before the abstract deadline.
Personal Page
When your abstract is submitted you can follow the progress of your abstract on-line by entering your Personal Page.
Your Personal Page makes it possible for you to:
- make changes until submission deadline.
- read and print your abstract
You will be able to access your Personal Page by entering your unique user ID and password indicated in the attached file received in the confirmatory email after submission.
