Hotels can be booked through our official travel agent at reduced rates.  Many hotels are conveniently located near the conference venue. Reservations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Our two main hotels were Nikko and Hotel Castle which are centrally placed in town. There are also a number of good quality hotels nearer the congress center, as listed, which are a shorter walking distance.

* The charge is per room per night (in JPY).

APPLICATION AND PAYMENT

Participants wishing to reserve hotel reservation hotel accommodation should apply through our online system no later than September 10, 2010. You will receive e-mail when you complete your application. Please print your confirmation slip and bring it with you to the reception desk upon checking-in at the hotel. Applications should be accompanied by a remittance covering the hotel deposit (one night room charge) due to JTBGMT (The hotel deposit will be credited to your bill. All hotel expenses, after deduction of the hotel deposit, should be paid directly to the hotel.)
No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment. All payment must be made in Japanese Yen.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your hotel accommodation and receive reimbursement for your accommodation fee, please revise and / or cancel your reservation by logging into your Personal Page. All refunds will be made after the Congress. Cancellation may incur some fees, right after notice is given, depending on the following conditions :

 

Up to 10 days before the first night of stay ---------------------- None
9 to 2 days before the reserved date ----------------------------- 20% of daily room charge
1 day before the reserved date ------------------------------------ 80% of daily room charge
On the day of arrival or when no notice is given -------------- 100% of daily room charge
